Shipping policy

Shipping 

Orders are shipped via Canada Post. We will ship your order within 2-10 business days. Items may be out of stock. Orders with out-of-stock items will be filled within 10 to 15 days unless the item is in backorder at the source. We will only ship full orders, no partial orders will be shipped.

Any special shipping requests must be made in the comments box or email/call us. Additional charges may apply.

We will send you an email with your tracking number (where applicable) once your item has been shipped.

Additional shipping charges may apply for heavier/larger orders and we will contact you before shipping.

For delivery within Canada

Most orders within Canada are sent Regular Parcel via Canada Post, unless you upgrade the shipping method; they are traceable and insured up to C$100. Allow 3 to 7 business days. It may take longer for certain rural areas and the Northwest Territories, Yukon, or Nunavut.
Please note that business days do not include weekends or Statuary (Bank) Holidays.

For delivery to Continental US

 

At this time we do not ship to the United States

Exclusions

If items are not available at the time of your order, we will contact you by email and offer you the option to backorder or substitute products, or cancel with a refund.

Please note that The Crafter's Market  is not responsible for packages that do not arrive.

 

Returns and Exchanges

We are happy to accept returns for a refund within 14 days of purchase if unused, in original condition, and with the original Order Number. The refund will be made to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please call us or email us, clearly stating your reason for the return, along with your order number and the specific items you wish to return/exchange.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund. If you requested an exchange, we will then process and ship your replacement order. Shipping charges will apply.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable except when returning faulty or damaged products. All returns must be shipped via traceable and insured mail with a tracking number.
